DATA COLLECTION AND PROCESSING

“Mihai Dobre LTD, as Data Controller, must inform users of its website about the collection of personal data that may be carried out, either by sending an email or by completing the forms included on the website. Only the data necessary to carry out the service contracted or to be able to respond appropriately to the request for information made by the User will be obtained. Privacy Policy

Contact forms/email

Purpose: To respond to your request for information made through our contact form(s).

Legitimation: The legal basis legitimising this processing is the consent of the User, which may be revoked at any time.

Transfer of data: Personal data will be processed through servers managed by the company FastComet, Inc. and its privacy policy, which will be considered the Data Processor. In addition, our email service provider, through which communications will be made, is MailChimp in the United States.

Mailing list (newsletter) sign-up forms

Purpose: Sending commercial communications of interest to the User. As established by the LSSICE, “Mihai Dobre” undertakes not to send commercial communications without identifying them as such. For these purposes, information sent to customers for the maintenance of the existing contractual relationship will not be considered commercial communication.

Legitimation: The legal basis which legitimises this processing is the consent of the User, which may be revoked at any time.

Transfer of data: Personal data will be processed through servers managed by MailChimp, which will be considered the Data Processor.

Customer registration/registration forms

Purpose:

  • Manage your User registration on my website.
    Manage purchases made on my website.
    Provide information about the processing and status of purchases.
    The historical record of purchases made on my website.
    Sending communications via email and/or telephone, to inform the User of possible incidents, errors, problems and/or status of orders.

Legitimation: The legal basis legitimising this processing is the performance of a contract.

Transfer of data: “Mihai Dobre” will not transfer or communicate your data to any third party, except in the cases provided for by law or when the provision of a service implies the need for a contractual relationship with a processor within this Privacy Policy.

Thus, the User accepts that some of the personal data collected may be provided to these Data Processors (payment platforms, agencies, intermediaries, etc.), when necessary for the effective performance of the contracted service.

The user also accepts that some of the services may be, totally or partially, subcontracted to other persons or companies, who will be considered as Data Processors, with whom the corresponding confidentiality contract has been agreed, or who have adhered to their privacy policies, established on their respective websites.

The user may refuse the transfer of your data to the Data Processors, employing a written request, by any of the aforementioned means.

The appropriate security measures have been adopted for the data provided and, in addition, all the technical means and measures within their reach have been installed to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorised access and theft of the data provided to us.

The “Mihai Dobre” Website also has SSL encryption, which allows the User to securely send their data through the contact forms on the website.

TRUTHFULNESS OF THE DATA

The User declares that all the data provided by him/her are true and correct and undertakes to keep them up to date. The user shall be responsible for the veracity of his data and shall be solely liable for any disputes or litigation that may arise as a result of the falsity of such data. It is important that, so that we can keep the personal data updated, the user informs “Mihai Dobre” whenever there has been any change in them.

EXERCISING RIGHTS

The LOPD and the RGPD grant interested parties the possibility of exercising a series of rights related to the processing of their personal data.

To do so, the user must contact us, providing documentation proving their identity (ID card or passport), by email to contact@mihaidobre.co.uk, or by written communication to the address that appears in my Legal Notice.

Said communication must include the following information: name and surname of the User, the request, address and supporting data.

The exercise of rights must be carried out by the User himself/herself. However, they may be exercised by a person authorised as the User’s legal representative, providing the documentation that accredits such representation.

The user may request the exercise of the following rights:

  • Right to request access to personal data.
    The right to request their rectification (if they are incorrect) or deletion.
    Right to request the limitation of their processing, in which case they will only be kept by “Mihai Dobre” for the exercise or defence of claims.
    Right to object to the processing: “Mihai Dobre” will stop processing your data, unless for legitimate reasons or for the exercise or defence of possible claims.
    Right to data portability: in case you want your data to be processed by another company, “Mihai Dobre” will provide you with the portability of your data in an exportable format.

In the event that consent has been given for a specific purpose, the user has the right to withdraw the consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent before its withdrawal.

If a user considers that there is a problem with how “Mihai Dobre” is handling their data, they can address their complaints to the Security Officer or the appropriate data protection authority, the Data Protection Agency in the case of London in the United Kingdom.

PRESERVATION OF DATA

The personal data of Users who use the contact form or register for the newsletter will be processed for the time strictly necessary to respond to the request for information, or until the consent given is revoked.

For their part, the personal data of the Client will be processed until the end of the contractual relationship. The period of conservation of the personal data will be the minimum necessary and may be maintained for up to:

    10 years: Art. 25 Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Act.
    No time limit: disaggregated and anonymised data.

If candidates’ data (CV) are processed, “Mihai Dobre” may store their curriculum vitae for a maximum of two years to incorporate it into future calls for applications unless the candidate states otherwise.

INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

“Mihai Dobre LTD” uses the mailing services of https://mailchimp.com. The user expressly and unequivocally consents to the processing of his/her data and to the international transfer of such data to this/these service provider(s).

CONFIDENTIALITY

The information provided by the client will, in any case, be considered confidential, and may not be used for purposes other than those described herein. “Mihai Dobre” undertakes not to disclose or reveal information about the claims of the User, the reasons for the advice requested or the duration of its relationship with the User.

VALIDITY
